Islamic marriage necessitates the involvement of a guardian (Wali), particularly for women.This ensures that proper Islamic procedures are followed and maintains the dignity and protection that Islam offers throughout the marriage process.

After creating your profile, you will need to complete your payment to view the Wali contact details and reach out to potential matches.

Direct communication between non-mahram without guardian supervision is not permitted to maintain Islamic guidelines. All initial contact and arrangements are made through guardians to ensure proper Islamic conduct.

Prohibited: Non-Islamic conduct includes inappropriate messages, bypassing guardian involvement, providing false information, exhibiting nonserious intentions, requesting photos, promoting yourself outside of our platform (e.g., including social media names, links, or suggestions), and any actions that violate Islamic principles.

Profiles violating Islamic guidelines will be immediately suspended or permanently banned. We take Islamic compliance very seriously and have zero tolerance for inappropriate conduct.

We do not allow the promotion of personal links, such as social media or any external sites, for security reasons and to remain within our platform's guidelines. Additionally, do not include any contact details in the sign-up fields that do not explicitly ask for them, as this is not allowed. Any user found violating these terms may be banned.

Our membership plans include two options: Free Membership and Paid Membership.

Free Membership: This option is entirely complimentary, allowing you to browse basic profile information and list your own profile to increase visibility.

Paid Membership: For a one-time fee of £50, you gain access to member contact details.

Please note that the £50 fee is regarded as a gift rather than a payment for services. This structure helps us uphold the integrity of our community while offering enhanced features to our valued members.

If you paid via PayPal, please ensure you use the registered email address associated with your Marrying Muslims profile. If you opt to pay with a different email, kindly email us to inform us of the discrepancy and provide your registered email so we can approve your paid membership.

For payments made by card or other methods, it's essential to include the following information in any correspondence: the registered email address used when creating your Marrying Muslims profile. This allows us to quickly verify your payment and approve your membership. You may also need to provide proof of payment from your bank. To ensure a smooth process, you might be asked to verify your email address, personal details, and proof of payment for confirmation or in case of disputes.

Please note that we cannot discuss your registered Marrying Muslims account unless you are emailing us directly from the registered email address due to GDPR regulations. However, we can approve your membership status from free to paid once you provide the necessary details as mentioned above. Once you have verified which email address you would like to have the paid membership assigned to, please note that you will not be able to reassign it unless you create a new email and account and pay again. Email addresses are non-transferable.

Approval of your paid membership can take us 24-48 hours, so please keep an eye on your registered email address for updates.

The sharing of email accounts and any associated information is strictly prohibited. If it is determined that an email account has been shared, we reserve the right to revoke access to our services indefinitely, without prior notice or explanation. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and must not disclose their email credentials to anyone in order to protect their accounts and ensure safety

Account Limitations
- Credentials Sharing: Sharing your email address or login credentials is strictly prohibited.
- Profile Restriction: Each email address is permitted to have only one profile.
- Loss of Access: If you lose access to your registered email and forget your account credentials, you will forfeit your rights to the lifetime deal, as it is non-transferable and tied to the registered email.

- Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made are non-refundable.

- Membership Revocation: We reserve the right to downgrade a paid member to free status if we believe our terms and conditions, including the FAQ, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and other terms, have been violated, without the obligation to provide evidence.
